About Neil Lynchehaun

Introduction

I have had the good fortune to experience extremely high performance team environments.

Achieving what other businesses called "the impossible" and being "...first to..." and "...best at..." was normal.

I have also experienced the more common other-world businesses, performing well below their potential.

PwC recruited me to build a Lean Practice. The mindsets, behaviours and routines based approach, which emulated the high-performance businesses I worked in, grew massively. Clients loved the award-winning approach, generating huge top and bottom-line benefits very quickly and with zero technology investment, It simply blew clients minds and left them capable of being self-sufficient in continuously improving their businesses.

I am now independent, creating huge benefits for clients at a fraction of the cost of "Big-Four".

Career

My entire career has been involved in transformation, in both program roles and operational leadership roles.

From my Electronics and Telecommunications apprenticeship, I developed business systems to support the the creation of Europe's most advanced factory floor, in the new age of digital communications.

I went on have lead roles in several systems design and implementation programs including one of the UK's first SAP R/3 full ERP systems.

I enjoyed the ambitious business outcomes more than the technology and moved into a lead role in establishing and operating one of the world's most respected global shared services.

My reputation, lead to PwC hiring me, where I built the Lean practice, which simply transformed, client businesses, made PwC a lot of money and established my client reputation as a "Trusted Advisor" throughout businesses from the C-suite to the core operation.

I now enjoy the variety of independent consulting to learn and influence in even more business sectors, creating "game-changing" solutions, from the "best consulting spend ever".

I have delivered over £500 million of unexpected value to employers and clients, at a career cost of less than £4 million
